Chat rules:
 1. No swearing! Kick, Guest, Ban for up to 2 hours.
2. No talking about inappropriate things. Kick, Guest Ban for up to 3 hours.
3. No bullying others. How would you feel?
4. Moderators have to only kick, guest or ban people for a good reason.
5. You can use caps up to five times within half an hour.
6. No spamming except emote spam. (It's awesome!)
7. If you want a promotion, you HAVE to private chat a leader. If you want to be a mod. Don't ask! Kick ONLY for that mods.
